MalcolmPaull customers will receive marketing and communications material from MalcolmPaull from time to time. If you would prefer not to receive emails from MalcolmPaull, please click the unsubscribe button in the marketing email to opt-out of our database.


Problems with Online Ordering

If there is a problem with your online purchase, you can contact us by email at info@malcolmpaull.com and we will be able to respond during normal office hours.

Please note that we reserve the right to withhold or cancel an online order at any time if we deem this to be appropriate - however, we will contact you to confirm.


For Credit Card Orders

In an effort to protect our customers from Identity Theft, MalcolmPaull will examine each order to help determine and prevent fraudulent purchases. Due to increased security measures, you may receive an e-mail or telephone call from our Customer Service department attempting to verify the validity of your order. As a part of this procedure, you may be asked to verify specific information on your order that will help us to determine if this order is legitimate.
