Made exclusively for MALCOLMPAULL. This is made from a stunning black and red Italian brocade and red and black tulle.
The tulle cascades as if being caught in a gush of wind effect for some added drama. It has elastic to hold in place whilst wearing it.
You could team this piece with one of MALCOLMPAULLs tulle overlays in either Red or Black for a formal event, wedding, races or to the theatre.
