Please note, due to the custom nature of each item, there are no refunds on any Malcolmpaull products unless there is a major fault.
We offer a fair, no hassle, 7-day exchange/credit policy so you can feel safe with your order. We ask that you also act fairly when using our exchange/credit policy.
Our exchange/credit policy starts from the date your order is delivered to you. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered to you and you have not yet met the below requirements, you will not qualify for an exchange or credit.
1. You are responsible for paying the postage costs if you are returning your item(s). Your return will remain your responsibility until received by MalcolmPaull
2. To document the return date of your item(s) and to establish tracking in transit, we require you to use trackable postage. You are welcome to use an inexpensive and slow postage service as long as it’s trackable and your exchange is posted within the 7 days of your order being delivered to you.
3. Neatly folding the item(s) and placing them in a post pack bag (with tags attached) will be appreciated.
4. We only accept unworn, unwashed items in the exact same “new” condition as delivered to you. Removal of the hang tags will also void your exchange/credit.
5. Once we receive your item(s), it will be inspected.
6. If approved your exchange/credit will be processed promptly
7. If rejected, due to being worn, washed or not in the exact same “new” condition as delivered to you, we will pay the postage costs and dispatch the original item(s) back to you within 5 business days.
8. MalcolmPaull reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchanges/credits.
